-install mms with the required specifications given
-allign all post,beams and braces needed
-make sure we follow the required torque of each bolt and nut in each post and beams
-allign and follow the polarity of each pv in the table
-terminate the connections of each pv and follow the correct polarity
-install grounding wire in each pv

-give instruction when to conduct preventive maintenance in all facility equipments
-report to superiors every abnormalities encounter in the operations of the building
-carry out instructions given by the superiors
-scheduling of manpower allocations and duties of each others
-assist and conduct inspections together with thw contractors in the building

-make sure all the equipments in the mall are running smoothly
-conducting maintenance in all equipment in the mall
-replace all defective lights,and all other facilities equipment in the building
