Warehouse Manager (Manufacturing)

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a well-known and highly trusted provider of refrigerated vans in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking a determined Warehouse Manager with at least 5 years of experience overseeing the warehouse operation. Our esteemed client's office is located in Sta. Maria Bulacan.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager will be in charge in coordinating and supervising all activities within the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes, inventory accuracy, and a safe working environment. The position will directly report to the President or Vice President.

Key job responsibilities include:
* Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
* Oversee receiving, releasing, warehousing, and distribution to various branches.
* Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
* Ensure inventory accuracy through on time availability of standard and essential materials.
* Lead in the coordination with end users and purchasing to determine stock requirements and adequately plan for changes in volume needs by sales, service, body repairs, warranty, and production.
* Manage stock control and ensure data completeness, promptness, and accuracy.
* Prepare and monitor budget.
* Ensure submission of reports on movement of essential items, adjustments in inventory, and plans on non-moving and slow-moving inventory, and assist in the execution of the same.
* Optimize employee workflow and continuously assess ratio of manpower to job expectations.
* Implement warehouse KPIs.
* Ensure that facilities and necessary equipment are properly maintained.
* Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
* Improves staff performance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.

Qualifications:
* With at least 5 years experience as a Warehouse Manager with track record of supervising at least 10 direct reports, multiple warehouse locations, and 1,000 SKUs`
* Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data.
* With knowledge on ERP solutions an advantage
* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
* Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
* Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
* Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant fields
* Amenable to work in Bulacan
