Job vacancy Accounting and Finance Manager

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing company. Our respective client is looking for an Accounting and Finance Manager who is highly versed with the finance and accounting realm. This role is onsite and will be reporting to the President and Vice President.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Work on Monthly and Annual Financial Statements with analysis and reports.
• Manage daily transactions, including accounts payable, daily request for payment and costing transactions.
• Determine accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company's targets.
• Monitor and conduct performance evaluation of direct reports.
• Participate in the Internal Audit of Financial Statements.
• Manage month end and year end Closing of Books.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or any related course.
• At least 10 years experience in Finance and Accounting from a manufacturing setting.
• Expertise in local tax laws and application.
• Thorough knowledge Business Regulations and Mandatories.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, and knowledgeable in Computerized Accounting System is an advantage.
