Job vacancy Account Officer [ Personal Loan, Cebu City]

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a growing savings bank that has been thriving in servicing SMEs. This bank is looking for an Account Officer who has experience in personal loans from the banking sector. This is a full onsite work based in Cebu City.

Key responsibilities include :

• Responsible for proper handling of all personal loan applications from accredited agencies.
• Maintain, and enhance good and healthy business relations with clients and loan intermediaries.
• Keep records, historical data / MIS, and files of contact details of all assigned companies.
• Maintain good working relationships with all units of the bank in line with loan operation, loan credit, loan sales, and others.
• Reports immediately any issues/concerns that arise and impede any business transactions.
• Making sure to have a professional working relationship with external clients of the Bank. Proper presentation is required.
• Ensures the compliance of client companies to submit all required documents including the completeness of the loan application of borrowers within the prescribed period.
• Ensures client companies and borrowers will be introduced and migrated to the most efficient loan on-boarding and payment procedures available for the bank.
• Diagnose issues affecting the delinquency per company:
• Recommends and implements action plans to manage the delinquency level of the assigned companies;
• Actively participate in regular Collections and Sales meetings for review and resolution of companies in delinquent and pre-delinquent status.
• Must implement Company visit plan per year and other corporate events.
• Must comply with any audit and compliance task.
• Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Key requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
• Banking experience is a must.
• Relevant experience in personal loan
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
