Job vacancy Technical Sales Specialist (Healthcare-IVD)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international biotechnology company. Our respected client is seeking a Techincal Sales Specialist for IVD that will be responsible for achieving the given sales target for the assigned territory. The job is based in Pasay City, Philippines.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Achieving the given sales target for the assigned territory.
• Developing and implementing an annual sales plan to ensure adequate coverage of territory assigned
• Acquiring new customers, maximizing sales with current customers, and retain key accounts
• Building good relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)
• Submitting sales and other reports on a timely basis
• Working closely with the Product Marketing Team to give timely feedback on market conditions and customers' inputs on their product
• Organizing product talks for customers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical, Medical Technology or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Application for Medical Devices/IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area
• Independent and self-motivated to achieve individual and company goals
