Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading demand generation agency that collaborates with remarkable brands, spanning from early-stage startups to large venture-backed organizations. They are currently in need of an Video Editor. This job is a full-time remote work with mid-shift schedule.

• Create and manage high-quality video content for clients
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Video, Design Research, Figma etc.
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with client goals
• Collaborate with other team members to produce and distribute content
• Track and measure the performance of content campaigns

Key Responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience in video creation
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• You will have 3 - 5 years of direct B2B marketing or demand generation experience in an agency on similar business
• You are a great copywriter, you understand tech stacks (outbound, webinars, video) and you love SaaS metrics to show true impact from marketing
• You are entrepreneurial and a go getter
• You find solutions, you work hard and you care deeply
