Job vacancy Marketing Communications Manager

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a prominent local entertainment and premier multimedia company. We are seeking a Marketing Communication Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the company. This role involves end-to-end project management, collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and the establishment of partnerships, sponsorships, and tie-ups. The position requires a Hybrid Work arrangement (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH) and is located in Ortigas Center, Pasig, Metro Manila.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Confers, coordinates, and collaborates with other department heads and affiliate companies for group-wide projects
• Plans and sets directions for marketing campaigns and oversees their implementation
• Develops and presents campaign plans, materials, and budget proposals for approval
• Coordinates with the Creative Department for the production of tri-media advertising materials and promo collaterals.
• Prepares and submits reports, promos, and flight plans to foreign licensors for approval
• Meets with representatives from radio, print, TV, sponsors, theater marketing and operations managers, and suppliers
• Monitors and analyzes market competition through theater visits, trade checks, media reports, clippings, and research materials

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Management or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in media/corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and tie-ups
• Strategic and creative thinker with keen analytical skills
• Existing network of accounts preferred
• Highly interested in films
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
