About the product
The Finance Manager position is responsible for being a key member of the management leadership team in our Manila, Philippines captive service center which consists of approximately 450 agents who perform a variety of services for internal stakeholders around the globe. The position is also responsible for leading the local finance team. We require an experienced manager with strong leadership and process improvement capabilities. The critical responsibilities are site finance administration, budget/forecasts and reporting, statutory compliance (BOI, PEZA and BIR), people management, tax compliance, site financial planning and analysis, internal control and financial operations.
Minimum requirements
College graduate, degree in Business or commerce, Must be a CPA or equivalent
Experience: Over eight (8) years experience in financial analysis and payroll work.
