In 1963, Ernesto Z. Medina was hired as regular AGENT of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in the Philippines. That early he already saw the need for professional private detectives who could focus and handle personal background investigation, infidelity cases, insurance fraud, process serving and other quasi-delict crimes. NBI was patterned after FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) of the United States. After mastering the art of investigation, security and safety, Ernesto Z. Medina resigned as NBI Agent in 1969 and organized a private detective agency. He is the incumbent President of the ASIADETECTIVES, INC. In the management staff is another former NBI Agent, Atty.
