Reviews of Regatta Residences - San Juan

sharing this as from my personal experience. Our 1 month deposit has not been returned to as as of today. We rented their place July of 2019. So more than 1 yr has passed already. Beware. Also tried to contact actually two of the owners, told me will assist me and someone from their office will call us. It's been 2 month already still nobody has called us. Their mother company is cabanilla marketing development Corp. They are also developing new regatta bay in Palawan. Better think twice before doing business with this company. If their top management can't assist you, not responsible for the complaints, what more if you invest your savings with them if you purchase their properties.
