Cannot contact the numbers they listed. Tried so many times. Always busy or not in service. Chat not working. Sent FB message still no response. Email bounced back because their email is full. NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. VERY POOR SERVICE BUT DEMANDS A LOT FROM CONSUMERS. SO SAD!

This is with regard to report number ********. The concern was raised at 9am and was promised 3-4 hours resolution, however it is almost 24 hours now and no one has arrived to fix the problem. The customer service also is of no use, even if you call them up to the *nth time! They are all consistent in telling you "antabayanan nyo lng mam". It is so frustrating!!!

Report nos. ******** & ********, reported 1 week ago up to now no result inspite of calling ******** daily. We were promised that a crew from Dasmarinas Meralco had been dispatched already but up to now still NO RESULT. Please attend to this issue ASAP, it's been a week of inconvience already.
