We are experiencing a very low voltage in our house located at Purok 3 Ilaya, Brgy San Bartolome San Pablo City. I want enquire how can our power supply be upgraded to correct the voltage so that our water pump, 2Hp submersible can work properly. Currently our voltage drops to only 150 volts when we started our newly installed deep well pump.
May I ask what is the current lead time for new application for electrical subscription ?
Because we apply almost 3 weeks past but still no response or any action ...
