Oven349 Bakeshop and Cafe - Manila

Oven349 had its beginnings when my older sister started to bake as a hobby and at the same time, to help our parents in our daily expenses.In our humble home in Pandacan, Manila, she began to bake brownies which she would sell to her college friends and classmates. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in food and nutrition.When she had her first job, she continued to make fruitcakes and baskets of goodies which contained an assortment of boat tarts, food for the gods, pulvoron (a local delicacy in the Philippines) and macaroons. Until now, these continue to be the best sellers especially during the holiday seasons.
