Chowking - Tagbilaran City, Bohol (Island City)

Me and my fiancé was there last august 29,2011 My fiancé was foreigner and he want to try Halo-halo..
Well anyway? i like chowking .And so i told him that we can try chowking cuz they have a good halo-halo since were at the mall..
When I was taking my order I told to that “cashier” that I want this and that… and also 2 halo-halo please.. 
After we ordered we sat down and wait for our order…and after few minutes theres our order but they only gave us 1 halo-halo (which I remember I ordered 2pcs.)but then I went back to the cashier and ask him again ..that I ordered 2 halo-halo,I looked around and only few customer/people are around and I don’t know why he ddnt got my order clearly..and also its early for them to get tired cuz its only 1pm (which is lunch time)..after that he apologize…(and that is ok with me  )
I gave my halo-halo to my fiancé cuz I want him to be the first one to try it (since he is really curious of what it taste like)..
After 5 minutes theres our 2nd halo-halo..
while my he’s eating halo-halo (which I gave first) ..He notice something he asked me “ why is that my halo-halo has no fruit and yours has fruit”..i ddnt notice that our first order was only ice,sago,milk and crunchy thing…which only the toping..
I try to observe everyone who has halo-halo too ..and all of them has fruits..but then I asked those inchrage.”why is that our halo-halo has no ingredient like others?which we all ordered the same flavored and paid the same prize..
They came to our table and check it..and then took my glass and change it to another one..OH my god! they give us halo-halo with ice and milk only which I paid 69.00.. I was upset cuz the mistake happened twice in one day.. those people who made my halo-halo ddnt apologized either.. then my fiancé told me that its okie.. maybe they are lack of training and anyway where not gonna come back here again or on any branches of this chowking.And would not recommend this to my other foreign friends..
and oh!compare to other branches of this chowking?. most of their services crew was polite,always wearing smile and greeting customers is always there..but this branch is really sucks!..they have a bad quality of service..
My family was a fan of this chowking before but as of me (right now? I lost my appetite) and my fiancé definitely not gonna come back their..i was embarrass you know..

Hi...mag inquir lang po ako kung tatanggap ba kayo nang birthday (debut) party. Kung sakaling yes, magkano po ba ang for 50person? para sana ngayong month of august.
