I have been a loyal client of Jrs Roces branch. I know most people there because they were friendly and very accommodating... well except for this person whom i've spoken to some 5 minutes ago. Her name is She/Che i dont know her. I called to ask for pick up of parcel, she immediately brushed me off saying pick up cut off is done for the day, ok fine. I asked for schedule tomorrow. She then hurriedly told
Me that there is a pick up fee of P50! For the first time in almost 5 years she tells me this! And matagal na daw yan. I said then why the heck wasn't i ever been charged with it. She asked someone and gave me a repky that they just forget everytime to charge me. What??!!! Are you for real?! I wanted to talk to some other person there but she didnt want to pass the phone. Jrs Express, would you mind enlightening us regarding this? We have been very patient with your delaya even if we pay the express service. Now you wanna charge some more?! I pity the riders who actually work hard and interact profeasionally with us clients. Rendering respectable and efficient service is what you (employees) owe to your clients, nit yhe other way around! So mind your manners and go find your mother to teach you how to have one. Wag kang magtrabaho kung ayaw mo sa trabaho mo.
