Very poor knowledge and services.
Package came from US arrive in ParaƱaque 21St of April 2021.Now I had called 4 times already why is the package end up in Davao but it is address to DasmariƱas, Cavite. Lbc keep saying it's misrouted but tracking still located in Digos hub. Never again using LBC date now is 6 May 2021 no package yet.

July 22, 2020 naforward sa MINDANAO area pero pagka July 24, 2020 napunta sa CEBU DISTRIBUTION TEAM??!!!!!???

Until now the package is still in CEBU DISTRIBUTION TEAM... this happen not just once... we thought it was just mistaken or because of the pandemic but there are no excuses on negligence... so please try to fix your company's problem and so the staff. They shkuld know the correct area drop out!!!
Your fb page are not responding. No one cares to review messages on your messenger. What kind fo service does LBC have now?????!!!!

VERY DELAYED SHIPPING
Always assuming that the consignee is out and the house is closed. When in fact, it is not the case. Can you guys ATLEAST CALL THE CONSIGNEE and stop being lazy and ineffective. You have to call the consignee if there is no one answering in the house and stop making reports out of assumptions. Please be fair with your clients.

Poor Branch Delivery Service
I sent food supplement 25th of March. Arrived at ur branch on 27th. Did not deliver 28th. Reciever/user flew to Bangkok 29th. Visiting ur branch before flyt. Already closed for long holyweekend. So whats now? What shall i do the products? RETURN to sender? So incompetent/inconsiderate branch to deliver all parcel before LONG HOLIDAYS considering it is an EXPRESS FREIGHT COMPANY.
