Bakit po ung LBC pototan nyo d dinilever ung padala. Tpos nung pick upin ayw ibigay dhl ibang address dw nung id ng kukuha. Sana kung ganun ung patakaran nyo dinsabihan nyo ung mga tao nyo s LBC n tanung kung may id n naka adress s pipick up dahil tamad cla mg deliver. Basahin yo yan mga reklamo ng tao .Mga tamad n LBC pototan mgsara nlng kayo nkkcra kayo s imahe ng ibang LBC .

Kailan pa Kaya dadating package Ko??ilang beses na pabalik2 Ang mister Ko at ako Jan,Anu na lbc Pototan sabi Nila na received na Nila Jan yong items na order Ko,Dapat April 5 received Ko na Ang package Ko,bakit hanngang ngayon April 13 na,wala padin??pabaya mga staff nyo Jan,sabi Nila wala pa order taz binigay Ko tracking # received na daw hahanapin lg,dto lg ako p.ledesma street hanggang ngayon wala pa,sana kahit Hindi mahal o kahit maliit na bagay lg sana wag kayong pabaya sa mga package or items nyo,,,nag babayad po Kami ng tama,yong Ibang staff suplado at Kapag tatanungin wala pa daw yong order Pero pag e check yong tracking # received na,,,sana may umaksyon,hindi lbc yong may problema yong staff ng lbc yon Ang may problema mga pabaya,Maliban lg sa Hindi,,

Kailan pa dadating package ko tinatawagan ang landline nyo walang sumasagot lbc pototan kakabadtrip kayo ... 6 ako nagorder 15 dadating dito.. nasa pototan na ang package ko sabi nyo monday hanggang ngayon wala pa package ko... Ang lapit ng new lucena hind nyo pa mapadala.... Na transit na ng 11 anu na ngayon 19 na wla pa rin..

Package was not deliver on time. It reach in their office in Pototan Nov. 6, 2018 according to online tracking but they did not deliver on that day or the next day. Its a door to door package but when I track online my package, it shows already to be pick up form their branch in Pototan. Its frustrating that I have to go there to pick up my door to door delivery items.Till now, I don't have time to get my delivery items coz I have classes and Im a student.

I just would like to express my bad experiences on Pototan branch...first, i ordered items from Lazada for COD and i was called by the staff of LBC if i will picked it up..its COD and they should deliver it...how many times already that i was the one picked up my order because i waited for several days but they did not delivered it promptly...just this time, i came earlier to pick.up my package which was sent last friday (Oct. 19, 2018) but they told me that my package did not arrive yet...they told me that i will just come back at around 11 am...when i came there they told me that it is already with the delivery man for delivery....i told them that i waited at the school where i addressed my package, it just at the opposite side of the LBC office just 1 bridge away...when i asked them how can i track my package so that i can have it as soon as possible because i need it badly...the staff answer me that they dont have contact to the delivery boy...what is it? you have tracking online but you cannot track your delivery man within your vicinity? its already 2:30 pm this time but i did not receive my package yet....soooo Disgusting!!!
