ask ko lang po pano ko po ba makukuha yung return card n pinadala ko last February pa... im from Bulacan Bulacan and badly needed ko po yung return card for my case.... sana po may response... kahit po any number n celpon para ma inqiure ko ung cocrn ko...have a blessed day po

Here we go again. In early November I mailed several birthday cards to my loved ones, and enclosed all the cards in one envelope, and almost 2 months later this envelope HAS NOT been delivered.
The postal service in Cagayan de Oro should be ashamed of the way they handle the mail.
If I thought an investigation would help I would contact the proper authorities, but I fear that they would respond as well as the post office.
I only hope that the post office in Cagayan de Oro finally gets their act together and does their job. Somehow I have my doubts.

I send mail and packages from the United States to Cagayan de Oro often. It may take only 6-7 days for my nail to arrive in Cagayan de Oro, yet once it arrives it will not be delivered as long as 45 days later. It will sit in the post office until someone feels like it will be delivered. This is totally unacceptable. When my mail arrives I expect it to be delivered immediately, not when someone feels like it. I have paid for a service, and I am not getting that service, and the recipients is being denied their mail.
You should be ashamed of the way your post office is operated.

Per tracking no. My package from U.K. Has been forwarded to cdo post office; please deliver it immediately to the addressee here at YMCA building, very much near in the macabalan post office.

I lived in Valencia City Bukidnon for a year. Fantastic people, helpful, courteous, hard working Filipinos. Moved to Cagayan de Oro and yes getting a package from this Post Office is a nightmare. I get more PayPal refunds for non delivery of an order than I get packages. Horrible service.

Nobody answers this phone. I can also see that while there are hardworking people in this office, like typical Philippine government employee, many are incompetent. Wait until you meet a lady named Ellen who pouts all day long!
