EMS package not arrive
My friend in USA send me a EMS to mandaue cebu philippines (US to Philippines) last Febuary 2020. Until now its May 2020(3 months) no updates, even a single notice card doesn't arrived. I am worried about my package, might be stolen or missing. Next time i will not use Philpost and i will use FedEx.

the worst and the slowest....
They received the package and its been more than a month now and still has no plan to deliver it? Mandaue to Talamban... more than 2 months and perhaps longer?

Rude Customer Service
Called your customer service hotline , was on hold for 5mins and when finally when someone gets to answer they disconnected the line and when i called back , it just kept ringing and no one is answering. You’re wasting peoples time and trust!
