Mail stolen at Naga Philpost
I have an incoming mail from USA. It reached Naga city Camsur but wasn't delivered to me. I talked to the delivery man (Dennis Sto Tomas)assigned in our area. He denied he got the mail from central office for delivery. Sad that Naga City Philpost has no any record presented to me. But the thieves were able to swipe the credit card inside the mail at SM naga supermarmet twice( i got a notification from the transaction)Some Naga philpost employees/ delivery man are thieves.

I sent three cards. Just to tell my fiance how much I love her. All cards were sent within a three-month period. She has not received not even one card. I paid for each card to be shipped air mail. She lives in Naga City Carolina Road. Why is this such a hard delivery.

From where did you send the three (3) cards? Did your fiancée inquire from the postmaster whether or not his office has received the 3 mail parcels that you sent to her, in Carolina, Naga City, Camarines Sur? And if ever his post office has received the same, did she ask for the reason for their non-delivery? With these simple queries, many things shall be discovered, including where the error has occurred. This is much better to be done in writing, the postmaster shall be obliged to reply in writing also; thus, tangible pieces of evidence shall be in her possession already and may be used as evidence in court, should there be a decision in the future, to file a case against the culprit, once she discovers that there is infidelity in the custody of the said 3 mail parcels.
