It is important that we can reach out for Inquiries via phone for simple questions to ask than going to the physical Office. the phone number 628-5838 has been posted online as their contact number but it hasn't been working anymore. I was hoping they could provide a valid number to contact to after my first claim of package last year of 2019. It would have been easier to contact for tracking of parcels though. It is primitive that its Office should have a contact number for the customers and in business perspective.

Jusko Philpost Panabo, August 10, 2018 pa ung package ko, gang ngayon di pa dumadating dito sa Imus. Nakailang balik na ang kapatid ko jan, puro pasensya lang sinasabi nyo. Ni di kayo nagbibigay ng contact number para matext or matawagan ko man lang kayo. Ang mahal pa naman ng charges nyo tas ganito lang service nyo.
