Parcel not delivered-
Parcel sent to relatives via registered track parcel has not been received and not recognized to have received after follow up. My inquiry was not replied to, and the parcel is nowhere. Extremely disappointing. I'll pass this on to the authority, or media, to find where the important parcel is.

I would like to inquire about a parcel I sent from NZ on 9 January 2019. It says in the tracking that it 'Attempted Delivery' then it says 'In regional port for sorting'. I would like to know what is really the problem why it's been sorted and has not been delivered for days. Track No. is EP********NZ. Salamat po.
