You have to get tough with PinasGifts
I ordered something for my lady over there (I am here in the USA). They would not honor the product in how it was supposed to be. I ordered a CUSTOM bear and was told that my customized words could be added AFTER I pay. I fell for that. After, I asked them to customize the bear with MY WORDS and they told me that they would send along a pillow that said "I LOVE YOU". I then told them to cancel and for almost a month they told me that they would refund me and kept pretending with emails going back and forth. Then they sent back an email that said that they already had refunded me-WHEN THEY HAD NOT. I HAD HAD ENOUGH. I even found their REAL phone number (908-892-7543) that is not on the site (none of the site's phone numbers work) and called. When They knew that I wanted a refund they pretended like they could not hear me and comically went around in circles with me. I HAD HAD ENOUGH AGAIN!. I filed a claim with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) THEN I FILED A CLAIM WITH THAT MANILLA POLICE DEPARTMENT (http://www.pnp.gov.ph/). When I showed them a copy of the report-THEY REFUNDED ME THE NEXT DAY. You have to get tough with this company. Their address is in Manilla (12 th Floor, Unit 10 España Tower, España Boulevard, Manila, 1008 Metro Manila, Philippines). I HOPE THAT THIS INFO HELPS ANOTHER LIKE MYSELF WHO WAS DANM SURE GOING TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK.

disappointing
Apparently i ordered flowers with mylar baloon, basket of fruit and cookies...an it was delivered with no mylar baloon....a bit disappointed but i do understand its COVID..but there should be np excus coz i paid for it.....

quality flowers and delivered on time
I ordered this store for 2 dozen red roses bouquet and they did a good job. Delivered in the morning and flower quality was nice. I recommend this store.

BIG SCAM
I suppose the name for this should be BIG SCAM or pun intended as they are a company under BIG FISH Manila Inc. All bank payments go to this account name. They took our money and delivery. No one answers to texts, calls, emails anymore.The business address they use? They arent there!
Calling DTI Phillpines, Securities and Exchange Commission, NBI and PNP to investigate this.
They block all other complaints on their social media pages too!
Do not fall victim for this fraud! To those victimised, speak out so they can no longer scam innocent people!

Thieves... don't trust them
Do not order from these people. They are crooks and will take your money and not deliver.
I intend to go to every social media site associated with Bigfish manila inc and let people know not to waste their money.
Don't bother posting on their Facebook as they hide replies.
I think Instagram you can post. Just search our bigfish manila inc or pinasgifts.
These companies need to be taken out of business.

Frustrating!!!
If i can just give 0, i will. Hard time to connect with them. They said they didn't received the payment when the paypal confirmed its already completed. Thats why we raised dispute to paypal as we haven't received the items. Unreliable company.. people beware.! Theyre not recommendable!

They are liars! Contact numbers are not working! They will give you a lot of excuses which are all bullshit! Everyone should file a complaint to Tulfo so the business will be closed...or else they will have more victims!

Satisfied
For 2 days in a row I ordered on line, so far both recipients were happy about the gifts, contrary to the bad reviews I read, I am satisfied with their service and would recommend them to my friends.

Ordered a multicolored roses wreath worth £85 and paid £10 for shipping.Annoyed to found out they delivered cheap white baby's breath wreath(?looks £30worth only) and recepient sent a photo to show me(enclosed with this review) after 2days flowers dried.Delivered on april 25 flowers dried april 27!emailed manager with the photo enclosed "sorry, we contacted now local florist to get right item but not guaranteed same on the photo as it depends on available roses in the florist" So why did I pay for shipping if flowers are arranged in local florist in that area??? Decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund(go to another florist to save the hassle) but the manager answered "SORRY CANT CANCEL OR REFUND YOUR ORDER NOW AS IT IS ALREADY PROCESSED" Really?? They delivered a wrong item!!! Where's the costumer's right!! Product quality - POOR AND CHEAP

I sent an order of chocolates to Cebu on Feb 14, 2017. It is now march 7 and no delivery has been made. I have sent multiple emails with no response. And yes my credit card was charged. Scammers....!

Complete waste of money! $100, flowers and snack basket! flowers were cheap and not well wrapped 5$ at the most! delivery was delayed! i ordered a basket for the flowers instead i got a crappy glass vase, balloons arrived flat. NO GOOD! very unhappy!

I don't have any bad comment on the item and the time of delivery. I was disappointed how they gift wrapped for a birthday present.. I ordered "legend bamboo" wrapped in transparent cellophane then place inside a striped plastic bag... And my message are incomplete because no name of senders, even I didn't agreed for anonymous sender.

My boyfriend ordered flowers and a fruit basket for me last valentine's day. The flowers arrived but to his surprise, no fruit basket delivered to me. Considering that his credit card has already been charged, I helped him contact their customer service here in the Philippines but all contact numbers posted on their pages were unreachable. Then, he was finally replied on his emails. They keep blaming the couriers. They said that they'll reship the fruit basket Feb 29 with complimentary flowers. I got the fruit basket today, March 1 but no complimentary flowers, just a card that says, please accept this little gift and our sincere apologies. I was like, What little gift are they refering to??? My boyfriend paid for everything and it was long overdue! Worst online service ever!
