H3 Technology Philippines, Inc., a maker of electronic control devices for household appliances, has carved its niche in the electronics industry worldwide. The company was established in July 2002, which started as a cable assembly plant operated by only four personnel. At present, its headcount stands at 150 highly skilled and English proficient personnel supporting its operations. The personnel are a mixed of different functional groups such as operators, inspectors, technicians, engineers and local managers.
