very terrible indeed. their service doesn't even deserve a star. i ordered flowers to be delivered to my wifes office for valentines day. they assured me that they can deliver the flower so i told my wife to expect for the flower. my wife waited for hours and hours until office hour is over but no flowers arrived. I tried to contact them but all their landlines are unreachable. they even ignore my calls on their mobile phone. it was really a terrible experience for me and for my wife.
