Mandarin Tea Garden”, a restaurant owned and managed by Uptown Plaza Corporation, was an offshoot of ten successful in fast-food business. The company venture started as a restaurant serving Filipino and Chinese dishes. In a span of six years, it was observed that sales of “Chinese Dimsum” far outweigh the rest of the products in the menu. Besides the brisk sales, it has gained loyal followers. Inspired by this success, the management decided to focus on this product line.
