Wharf, the docking area or pier for sea vessels, while galley, the navy term for the kitchen, came about because the original owner – James Estrada was a marine engineer. He came home and together with this childhood friend, Randall Dagooc of MangoRED, came up with the idea of putting up a resto-bar “with a cause for local musical bands.”
