Natanggap ko ung bagahe ko(Balikbayan Box) kahapon august 26,2014 thru BCF cargo forwarders almost 2 months from UAE, Tapos ang daming items na nawawala which is kailangan pa nman ng mga anak ko, pinaghirapan po yan ng misis ko para lang maipadala sa mga anak ko..RR southern freight management pls..paki disiplina naman po ng mga tauhan nyo na wag po nilang pakialam yon pinaghihirapan ng mga ofw maawa naman po kayo.

I send boxes on may 16. Sabi ma re receive sa pinas ng 1st week of July 2014 ngayon mag end na ng July wala pa sa pinas. Tawag kami dito sa office ng Chicago wlang maibigay ng information. Tawag din ang mga relatives ko sa pinas ng RR cargo wala din maibigay na information. Lagi ako nag ppadala sa Rr cargo ok naman pero itong nang yyaring Ito parang ayaw ko na mag padala sa kanila.nasaan na kaya ang pinag hirapan ko na boxes para sa mga pamilya ko?

The company is NOT A GOOD ONE. Employees delivering the boxes (balikbayan box) are not honest!! Some of the boxes Isn't were not in good condition and some have holes in them in which items STOLEN. The owners of this company doesn't even want to investigate the complains I sent them. If you plan to do business with this company, be wary your boxes might now even reach its destination. It might but some items will be missing.
