They have a very bad service and they will not deliver on time. Unrespectful employees especially the one named joyce, very arrogant then when she is confronted she will just say that she is new there. It should be a delivery but they will just tell you to pick it up. Terrible! Floristmanila and Fastnet commu inc really sucks! Not even fresh flowers they delivered!

I ordered two separate orders since 2.8.2021, they were never received. Sent emails, no response. Sent a message via messenger, no response. Called the US and PH #'s, disconnected. Asked for a refund, no response.
