PM Apartments - Quezon City

This would have to be the worst experience I have ever had around the world. The accommodation is sub standard and very old. There is little provided in the rooms. From the first night we had nothing but trouble there. Our unit was situated at the rear corner of the building. Across the street were pitt bull dogs kept in cages that barked all day until at least midnight. They would start barking again at 5.00 am in the morning. Apart from the noise from the dogs the road was being torn up and relaid. The workers would commence at 5.30 am and work until 8.00 pm for 7 days straight. After complaining to the front desk twice and asking to be moved all they could suggest was that we move to the other side of the building, however you would still have the same problems. We were then forced to leave as we were not getting any sleep and I became sick. We spoke to the Manager who apologised for the traumatic experience we had been put through. We had already paid 25,500 PhP for a months stay and 4,500 PhP deposit for electricity. All the Manager refunded us was 8,500 PhP after staying there one week. The Manager charged us 16,500 PhP for one weeks stay and kept all of the Electricity deposit. They advertise daily, weekly, monthly and yearly rates however when you leave after one week it is calculated on a daily rate. Completely false advertising.

Later that day we asked to speak to the Manager again as we were very unhappy with the money we were refunded. The Manager withdrew her apology and was extremely rude and arrogant. We had paid up until the following day however the Manager instructed her security staff to detain us and stop us from leaving the premises until she had forced my wife to show her the apartment and make sure we hadn't damaged it. Apart from being illegal to do that we still had our belongings in the room. The Manager is the worst type of person you could come across who lies, is arrogant and is very rude.

I strongly suggest you stay away from this sub standard establishment.
