Yung akala mong isa lang problem ng unit mo biglang dadami. Hindi nililinaw kung magkano talaga ang babayaran. Hindi marurunong ang technician nila at magbabayad lang kayo sa wala.

When it comes to the schedule super poor ng service. They will schedule you on a specific date then wala naman plang pupunta kung hndi pa ako mangungulit sa samsung. Hndi din sila ngupdate sa customer kahit available na yung parts ng ref ko kung hndi pa ako yung tatawag sa samsung. Walang coordination yung mga staff nla.

I had 2 aircon serviced. One of the aircon was not giving cold air. The raycon guys are very efficient. First they assessed the damage of the first and they proceeded to clean the other. they also made sure to keep all their kalat. the only thing i didn't like is they couldn't give an exact time of when they will come. so you have to keep your whole day open.

Installed a Samsung split AC unit today. Fantastic job! Very knowledgeable hard working and did one of the neatest jobs I've ever seen. Oh yes, and the unit world perfectly.

Gave me the run-around when I asked for an official receipt.
Told me that the job order would suffice since it is also registered at the BIR.
Freezer did not work after brand new condenser was installed. Can you imagine a
freezer not producing ice after being turned on for more than 16 hours?
No immediate follow through for back job despite full payment.
