Worst service
After using it for only three years, I’m experiencing banging when it’s time to spin dry. We contacted Panasonic service center for check-up. They sent a technician from Gain appliance Service Center who wouldn’t give his name as according to him, “it’s against their company policy”. We told him the problem, the first thing he checked was the filter at the bottom part of the washing machine. Good thing my maid was very quick to see that he took some trash from nearby, a wire, before he got to open the drain plug. (My maid has been very vigilant in monitoring the technician since he was the same technician sent before who told her that she should pay penalty for not cleaning that part of the washing machine,) Then, as instructed, my daughter called their dad to talk to the technician since we weren’t home. My husband told him the problem to which he replied that there is no problem. My husband explained to him about the banging sound, to which he said maybe there is something loose, so my husband told him to fix the problem. The still technician said, there is no problem. Nothing fixed!!!! He went away with the check-up fee of P550 in just a few minutes without checking the problem. He just told the maid that the soap we use are wrong. We are using the first soap : tide liquid detergent, Ariel powder, tide powder, del fabric conditioner, Ariel liquid detergent for baby. We called the service center again for 3x but still they want to send a technician from the same company- gain appliance. We didn’t agree because we don’t trust them anymore. We are now in a deadlock since the service center doesn’t know what to do anymore. I promise NEVER to buy Panasonic washing machine ever again!
