This is to inform you about the quality standards of your products being imported to UAE supermarkets.
On the 28th of May 2013, I bought Polland Hopia Mongo at Choitram Al Ain, Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates which my youngest son (2 Year-old) ate today 29th of May 2013. As he was almost done finishing his 4th hoipia, we noticed that he was vomiting which as it turns out after inspecting, molds had already started forming in the food considering the fact that as indicated at the back of the package, the food is yet to expire till April 2014.
You are legally obliged to serve food which is fit for human consumption under the terms of the contract between the manufacturer and consumer. Your failure to do so indicates that you are in breach of contract. As a result, we are legally entitled to seek legal advice on this regard.
We hope you take this matter seriously for the safety of the children. We as adults may have noticed this the first time but for children, this is something they are still not aware about. We understand that you are well aware that consumption of such might lead to food poisoning which is very harmful specially to children.
