Reviews of Hannah Rent a Car - Makati City

This is THE worst rent a car experience I ever had in any country. I rent their car for one day, and when I get back from the trip and call their office to return the car, no one is answering the phone. Even the next day, there is no one to pick up, I therefore had to pay extra parking for keeping their car and deliver the car myself to their location, which is not the same as indicated on the map, instead it's a tiny little place near terminal one, and not even google map can navigate to. Wasted my whole a.m, only to find more furious result that they claim I have made a dent on the car, which I surely did not. There is a dent already on the checklist, and they denied it. And based on nothing but merely their words they kept all of my deposit (Php 5,000), no phone call to inform, no report on how much to compensate the damage. I had to repeatedly make phone calls to check with them how's the process. No one of management came out during the whole process to clarify the fact. I had to report to police at the end to reveal their evil doings. If you care about your time and money, or simply if you don't want to get ripped off, DON'T EVER rent a car or have anything to do with this company!!!!!!
