C Cellzone - Manila

Just want to give a comment to the one of the employee in charle's cellzone at zabarte camarin caloocan branch. I think she should attend to the costumer service seminar for not having a good attitude towards her clients or costumer. she was rude in my experience. She's a newly employed I think a month ago. Lazy In her job. She had a break tym at 2:30pm. As may experienced for 2 yrs of reloading in this company I'd never experienced from them a break time during that hour. that woman spending her breaktime on her chair chatting with other employee at oppo. When I came back it seems that she was annoyed to me, seems that I disturbed her from chatting (tsismis). When she raise her voice I gave her also a high pitch voice. Haha.. Her name is mae from charles cellzone puregold zabarte Caloocan. Hoping to read this comment and give an action to that girl. Thanks and more power.
