Reviews of Culinary Exchange Inc The. - Mandaluyong City

We received, as gift, six ½ kilo sealed bags of assorted coffee from a friend who just arrived from Philippines. The Coffee was purchased from Rustan Supermarket in Makati. We have tried all six bags we received, (we live in the USA). We are so disappointed to tell you that so far all the assorted coffee except one (ARABICA) in the sealed plastic bags have no aroma, no flavor and no taste and very very dry.
It seems the coffee has expired long time time ago but repackaged in new bags that say the expiration date is March 2016 instead of March 2015.
I complained via email to Dimples Reytas, Sales Manager, and she asked to send her photos of the coffee bags which I promptly did. This was 7 weeks ago but never heard back from anyone at Culinary Exchange.
It seems, at Culinary instead of selling expired coffee at a discounted price like we do in the USA, they just change the dates on the bags for another year. DO NOT BUY FROM CULINARY EXCHANGE ANY COFFEE. SHAME ON YOU DIMPLES REYTAS and Culinary Exchange for cheating customers.
