Reviews of Funeraria Malaya - Pasay City

This company is definitely something I will NOT recommend to you. They have a very poor service and the staffs are not accomodating but RUDE! They promised us that they will get in touch with us once done with the embalming process of my uncle so we can go there but we did not receive any notification so we went there just to check the progress the next morning, only to find out that process has been done since last night and my uncle's casket was already in the chapel. What's worst is that when my mom started to ask why they have not contacted us, when that was the agreement, they put the blame on us and asked why we have not tried contacting them instead!!!
