Felcris Supermarket Inc. - Manila

Felcris of Toril. This is by far the worst department store I have ever shopped in. I have tried giving them a number of chances to make my shopping experience pleasant but it is clear they are incapable of fair and satisfactory customer service. Some of the staff are very nice and even helpful but for the most part it is clear there is very little if no customer service training. That along with the store always dirty with the restrooms worst than dirty (disgusting) may be a better word, I am put off by the products being outdated. Often the chips and other eatable items are old. One thing that will run me away from any business is harassment. I make a pretty good living compared to those living around me. I have no need to steal anything from anyone. I certainly don't need to shop in a business where security and non security people have to follow me around and watch every move I make. I have abandoned one local grocery store here in Toril and now Felcris has joined them in my book. I rather drive downtown Davao for my shopping needs then to dive only a few minutes to Felcris. Can’t wait until G Mall comes to Toril.
