Vulcan Industrial & Mining Corporation (VUL) was incorporated in 1953. VUL and its subsidiaries are engaged in mining and mineral explorations. The company's primary products are rock aggregates produced at Montalban. The company has been participating in oil exploration projects since 1976 and is part of two consortiums that have petroleum contracts. The company has one wholly-owned subsidiary, Vulcan Materials Corporation (VM). VM is engaged in rock aggregate quarrying, crushing and marketing.
