Service is very very poor...
Service is very very poor...year 2020 alone have a lot of monthly disruptions..we will not renew for 2021 after how many years from them. they dont even send notifications and reason of disruptions. They dont have customer service..they dont have customer accommodation.

POOR INTERNET CONNECTION
I don’t get why bogo cable’s asking price for a bundle of cable and 15mbps internet speed is 4,000 yet their internet speed is very poor. PLDT’s asking price is just 2,000 for 25mbps and the internet speed is very high. Technicians are trying to do their job, it’s not their fault that the internet is very poor.

BOGO CABLE SUCKSSS!
They have wooden service. The internet keeps on disconnecting every night and you need to wait for almost 2 hours for it to comeback. They dont even notify us why the internet disconnected! You guys shoudnt use their service

Bogo cable sucks
I have had bogo cable exclusively in Daanbantayan for the past 5 years. The Daanbantayan service crew is top shelf. But the signal and reliability of bogo cable service is very poor on a good day. Always pixeling and hanging. It’s so frustrating. The problem in Daanbantayan is that Cebu cable is even worse. I wish I had purchased sky direct instead
