I had terrible experienced with your Mabalacat branch----the store clerks are very arrogant especially the cashier. Btw, im with mom an 84 yr. old woman. Im a loyal customer, now, im having a second thought if i will continue patronizing your store. The cashier---the way she did to resolve the problem----have no rt. to work in sales and service oriented business. i asked for the memo and names of staff but to no avail. I decided to left the store---my bp shot up to high heaven coz of the stress..It happened this morning around 9:30, June 19. 2013.
