Hi my name is Mark and I am a maritime engineer. I have a complain on one of your employees in Cuevas Tower Condominium located at Pedro Gil. I am complaining to Mrs. Rose Yugto kasi pinaalis niya kami sa Cuevas without valid reason and the reason was no proof at all. It was before past year ago we rent some rooms at Cuevas together with my friends. Complain ko lang po dun sa real estate employee niyo na si Rose Yugto hindi maganda yung ugali and I heard some of the tenants na pati sila ayaw sa kanya for some reason natatakot din sila. Stricta kasi at hindi ma approach at the same time masyadong ma epal eh hindi naman siya may ari ng cuevas pero yung pang-uugali niya mas daig a niya yung owner. Yung mga nagreview na tumitira sa Cuevas hindi na nila pinagpatuloy yung stay kasi bastos yung si Rose talaga wala sa lugar yung ugali akalain niyo she is blaming people which is not their fault regarding those minor problems relating to the rules and regulation in Cuevas Condo Tower. If you dont want your business to have a dirty flash comment then you rather hire someone who has a pleasant attitude. By the way sipsip yung si Ruby siya yung nagreport sa amin sa office na she even term us "pasaway"
