EastWest posted its highest recorded income ever of Php6.5 billion in 2020, a 5% increase from the previous year (Php6.2 billion in 2019). The Bank is on track in our remaining to be among the top five players in the Philippine banking industry.

In terms of branch network, EastWest has 490 stores, including those of EastWest Rural Bank. On a solo basis, EastWest had the one of the largest branch networks in the country.

Our multiple customer touch points include our network of 490 stores, of which 392 are EastWest parent bank stores and 98 are stores of EastWest Rural Bank, 584 ATMs nationwide, internet banking for individuals and corporates (EastWest Online-Personal and EastWest Online-Corporate), mobile banking (EastWest Mobile), phone banking, and 24-Hour EastWest Customer Service.

This vast store network is complemented by three corporate banking offices in Metro Manila and 12 regional offices. To better serve both corporate and individual clients, EastWest is constantly improving its other delivery channels such as its online and mobile banking. EastWest intends to continue to grow as a significant competitor in the financial services industry in the Philippines as it seeks to make good things happen for its customers.
