Good day!
I have bought a dried bean to Mr. Ronaldo S. Ramos weighted 359 kilos and the bean cannot be sold because it was applied with a medicine and cannot be eaten because of it. I then decided to return the said bean to him and asked me to possibly contact your good office In behalf of Mr. Ronaldo as I also wanted to help him. Mr. Ronaldo then informed me how it happened. Mr. Ronaldo told me that the bean came from your company to be planted by them by a certain Victor Pascual who is am employee of your company and your company represented by Mr. Victor will going to buy it from them in return. The bean were given November last year and planted the same month and year. It was harvested last March this year and immediately sent the beans to Mr. Victor Pascual last April this year in good condition as they have agreed upon. Mr. Ronaldo is a resident of San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. A certain Ramon Pascual the brother of Mr. Victor Pascual is also a resident of the same place. In this regard, Mr. Victor advised Mr. Ronald to gave the beans to his brother Mr. Ramon and then stocked the beans his possession for almost 2 months that should be sent immediately to your company which I was also wondering why Mr. Ronald need to gave it to Ramon and why not sent it directly to your company or to Mr. Victor Pascual? Mr. Ramon sent the beans to his brother just last month and why it took him to do so? Mr. Victor Pascual then informed Mr. Ronaldo Ramos that the beans sent to him is not in good condition and just told Mr. Ronald to pay him an amount of only P10,000 for all the beans. Mr. Ronald decided to just sent him back the beans as the amount is not reasonable to pay for the beans and mostly their labor in planting. Mr. Victor Pascual send him back the bean but he already applied medicine on it which he shouldn't do for me to be able sell it and can also be eaten. The problem now as the one who bought it, I cannot either sell it nor eat it because of the medicine applied.
I hope that you could find some time to look at Mr. Ronaldo Ramos concern and complain for you company (Keystone Seedhouse Corporation) represented by Mr. Victor Pascual and take proper action on this case. If Mr. Ronaldo did
n't hear any actions from your company, he won't hesitate to file legal action to your company which he think is not good for your company.

This is in response to the review i’ve made, I want to thank your Company for taking time to look after our concern, we also want to express our sincere apology for the said incident, it is not your company that has fault but the person who we have transaction with who is Mr. Ronald., he already paid the said beans to me.
