I hope that you have a good day today. I write to you Mr. Ruperto Magno for the concern that been forgotten or maybe buried for 1 year and 3 months and 20 days to be exact. Your company made an order of 1000pcs, but unfortunately we able to delivered 700pcs only of LG Box Big Size last April 25, 2012 with DR#1615 with a price of Php 30.00/pc and with a terms of payment of 30 days. In which the said delivery received and signed by Mr. Rene L. After 30 days of delivery, our company follow-up the said payment of the product delivered. But sad to say, the accounting department keep on telling us, "Sorry, wala pa po kayong cheque. Tawag na lang kayo next week". Until the said "Next Week" became a 1 year and 3 months and 20 days. I dont think so that there will be an end on the phrased "Next Week", unless you, as the head of you office will make an action on this matter.
