The worst ever car rental company that my husband and I encountered. Do not ever try this car rental. Yes their prices are quite low, but they charge so much fees. They have the poorest service and customer relation. They came five hours late on delivering the vehicle and three hours late in picking up the vehicle. We really regret getting a service from this company. Their place was not even well-kept. If there is below one, that is how I would rate this company. Do not ever try MIA's Car Rental!

In the first place, the reason why you are ranting is because you keep denying that you travel out side metro manila for the whole rental, but our contract stated that it was for metro manila only,
We already informed that there is additional charge for out of town trips,
And that time our office in Bf is under renovation, so we just use the garage as a temporary office, since we dont accept walk in and rush rentals.

DO NOT RENT CAR HERE. My friend from abroad rented a car here for 3 days,Mia's Car Rental have very good and cheap price among other card rentals but have the worst service.
At first it may seem a fair deal, they have proper papers to fill, they will bring the car to you, and the car condition is good. But right after we reserved a car for 3 days, wherein they knew the days we were to use the car, they gave us a car where its plate number is what you call coding in the entire Metro Manila ( you are unable to drive the car from 7am - 7pm to lessen traffic).
Not a big deal right? I mean, we can get the car changed to another plate number to utilize it in the city.. WRONG! Mia's Car Rental, after speaking diplomatically to exchange the car they refused. We said, "why give us a car wherein you knew that we care unable to use in the city for one day, what is the sense for renting this car today when we are unable to use it in the city?, their answer, " Sir you can use the car outside Metro Manila". " My business is only in Makati City, kindly have my car changed", but they did not, because they are said that they are unable to get the car out of Metro Manila as their shop is in Las Pinas (outside the city), and the law is strict. Seriously, this is how you treat your customers, after paying advance, you give nothing in return not even service.
Because of this and to avoid other people from this experience, DO NOT RENT in this car rental. Very unfair, very ruthless, no customer service, and not customer-centric.

First of all, before we can allow the rental, we already given all the details of the vehicle including coding days, and also we inform them in advance that we dont replace unit during coding days
