Don't ever think about getting this insurance. The policy wording is so misleading they'll find way you won't get a decent claim. Insurance that is truly as good as nothing.
Travelled to Schengen and got my baggage delayed for 54 hours, they advised me to keep all the supporting documents and file the claim when i got back in PH, I did. In the end, they wont pay the claim as stated on the policy and tagged the claim as 'reimbursement' benefit only which is clearly not the case when you put a definite amount per hours delayed in the contract.
