Really pleased. 5 stars because they sent me a confirmation email with a photo of the arrangement which was beautiful and perfect. Also because the woman on the phone was so very accommodating and a pleasure.

The delivery price is lower than anything I have seen for same day delivery and the the prices are very reasonable for the quality.

I have made an order to this site “philflower” just this month “ december 24 2018” and it seems they are very slow when it comes with delivering orders. I found out some reviews about this site and 69% of the review was bad. So I am not recommending you to buy flowers and other stuff on this site it is not reliable. That 100% satisfaction is 0 satisfaction. Until now my order has not yet been delivered to the right recepient. Please before you buy things online better search for their reviews first to be sure you are safe.

This is a scam. My boyfriend ordered last valentine's day 2018 and they never deliver anything. Even the flower shop is not existing. I myself went to check myself and there is nothing. Don't order from them

This is the worst site you could possibly order flowers from. I would have given them 0 stars if that was an option. Avoid them at all cost. I placed an order for a bouquet of roses on 02/11/18 to be delivered on Valentine's day. I was charged for the full amount of the purchase but the flowers WERE NEVER DELIVERED. I tried calling the number on their website for two days at different times of the day but as expected of scammers, nobody ever picks up. I opened up a case with Paypal and 9 DAYS LATER a delivery boy show up at my fiance's house with what looks like a hodgepodge of left flower flowers. She obviously refused the delivery. What a disaster. It's been 10 days now since i opened up a dispute case with PayPal and my refund is still no where to be found. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

I ordered flowers for Valentine for my wife. After placing my order in value $150, I got a confirmation email and thank you for your order from Phil Flowers. After that Valentine's day came but no delivery, now 3 days later still not replying even I ask to refund me, no answer. Please do not order from them, they are a fraud company and collecting money from you without service. I already send complain report to the Government Treasury department to check on this company. This is a scam company and you will loose your money. The NBI should shut down this company operating with an international hotline number to attract international clients. Be aware don't pay or order with them, they are bad people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not only did not deliver on-time, they refused to answer my emails and I sat hours waiting to chat with someone who never responded. After the delivery date, I did received an generic email where they blamed me for the delay; then in a later generic email, they blamed their distribution system. The items I order reach it destination four days late. The flowers and teddy bear in tack but the candy was melted. The company still has not responded to my inquiries. This company does not deserve even a one star rating.

Bogus website, my husband paid a 4,000 thousand in credit card, but you did not send any flowers and you don't even call us to say sorry and you don't do any immediate action...... Invoice order#5678 full payment thru credit card at United Arab of Emirates, Dubai. (Please do not order in this website shop) we will see you in court i will make you pay for this fraud business.
