It's so unfortunate for me to order after their cut off time for this last year's Valentine's Day. So they do deliver after the event, what I like most is that they delivered it with a complimentary chocolates. So very good rating for me.

very poor service. they dont answer their phone, they don't answer their email... i will never order in this company again....

I agree, and support this. I paid a large amount of money in USD to send flowers for my wife, and I had a slow and horrible service experience from regalo manila.
