I have booked our tour to palawan from E CONNECT TRAVEL AND TOURS, we had a great time in boracay and the cost paid was really worth it. I have seen their website and all transactions were done online. I don't really know them personally but everything went well. I will surely recommend this agency to everyone.

The staff is friendly and all. Pretty. But the service they provide sucks real time. I couldn't imagine it would be hard to negotiate through these people. To top it all I am not really recommending this company. I ask them to booked for a specific date trip but they did not purchase the ticket for me and it was transferred to the different date. Result? I fly on unexpected date. Surely inconvenient.

I am of those people who asked for advice from this travel agency and unfortunately I have found out that what they have written online and their mission wasn't really what I have expected. This agency has never provided the convenience I need in travelling. It isn't really practical to get their service. There is no way I can go back and asked travel trips from these people. Never! The service is horrible. They ridiculously asked more money and you have to pay ahead in full. Even you still haven't booked your trip yet and your hotel accommodations.

Me and my finally decided to have our summer vacation to Hongkong. We have seen E Connect Travel and Tours website and decided to try this agency. Michelle Dalonoy the operations manager was very friendly and prompt to answer our questions even during wee hours. When we were in Hongkong we were assisted by an English tour guide. They picked us up at the airport to the hotel. It was a fun tour though it was short. I would love to book with E Connect Travel and Tours again. We owe our fun trip to Michelle because she has arranged it very well. Good job! I would highly recommend you guys to book with E Connect Travel and Tours.

I talked to MICHELLE DALONOY over the phone and she answered it even I called at 3 am. I have been helped by her very well and she has answered all the inquiries and she has provided everything that I need for the trip. We went to palawan and had a great time there. I will surely recommend e connect travel and tours to everyone. The price is reasonable too.

I was able to book a ticket to this agency successfully no problem and talked to Michelle Dalonoy the manager in charge online and via phone. She was very polite and friendly. But when I confirm the ticket she gave me online the amount was doubled compared to the amount they really pay for my two way ticket. I was asking for a return receipt but she was not able to comply. This agency charged MORE than the required 10% for a travel agency. I will never ever use this agency again to help me buy tickets or buy anything from them because they are not people friendly and they are fraud and no cheap airfare travel agent.

The Managers and staffs of E Connect Travel and Tours are very friendly and accommodating and very fast to respond on their customers needs. Keep the job well done!
